- Stay informed about manufacturer service bulletins and product updates.
- Advise customers on preventive maintenance and care for their vehicles.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare and maintain service records, job orders, and other relevant documentation.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all service -related paperwork.
- Report service trends, customer feedback, and operational issues to management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any 4-year Automotive-Related Course.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferably with a valid driver’s license (minimum 4-wheels).
- Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office)
- Willing to undergo training to enhance technical and customer service capabilities.
- Prior experience in service advisory or automotive service roles is an advantage.

Responsibilities:
- Sales and Marketing:
- Actively seek out and engage with potential customers to promote and sell Hino trucks.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Assist in the preparation of quotations and proposals for clients.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

- Maintain a customer database and regularly update client information and sales interactions.
- Market Development:
