Job Summary:
The Part Warehouse Controller at Hino Butuan is responsible for the efficient management of automotive parts inventory, ensuring accurate documentation, timely distribution, and proper storage of parts. This role supports the service and sales departments by maintaining an organized and well-monitored warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational abilities, and familiarity with inventory systems and Microsoft Office tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of stock levels for all automotive parts.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming parts and supplies.
- Warehouse Organization:
- Ensure that all parts are properly labeled, stored, and organized in accordance with company standards.
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment for efficient access and safety.
- Implement proper storage practices to minimize damage or loss.
- Parts Distribution:
- Coordinate the issuance of parts to the service department as needed.
- Prepare and dispatch parts for delivery to customers or other branches.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all parts transactions.
- System and Documentation:
- Update inventory records using Microsoft Excel and other applicable software.
- Generate reports related to stock movements, reorder levels, and warehouse activity.
- Maintain and file all inventory-related documents for auditing and tracking purposes.
- Coordination and Communication:
- Coordinate with the procurement and service teams regarding parts requirements and availability.
- Communicate clearly with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate parts support.
- Assist in resolving issues related to missing, delayed, or damaged parts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any 4-year course.
- Experience in inventory and warehouse management is a valuable asset.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
