We at Hino Butuan are thrilled to be part of a major milestone—Hino’s 50th Anniversary! As a way of saying thank you to our loyal customers, Hino Motors Philippines is launching “HINO WIN A RIDE 50th ANNIVERSARY RAFFLE PROMO.” And yes, it’s exciting as it sounds!
From April 1 to October 31, 2025, anyone who purchases a Hino vehicle from any authorized Hino dealership nationwide (including Hino Butuan) is eligible to join. The best part? You get the chance to win amazing prizes.

Raffle Promo Mechanics:
- For evey purchase of any Hino vehicle at any authorized dealership nationwide, a customer may join the promo thru filling-up the raffle stub/s to be given to him/her once the Sales Executive/Sales Manager confirmed his/her eligibility to join.
- Number of raffle stubs to be given to customer will vary depending on the unit he/she bought, based on the matrix below:

- Customer shall fill-up the required fields on the raffle stub with his/her Vehicle Sales Invoice Number (1 VSI = 1 Entry x No. of Stubs based on matrix), Complete Name, Company Name, Company Address, Home Address, Contact No/s., E-mail Address/es, Selling Dealer Branch, and must affix his/her signature. Once done, the customer shall drop the raffle stub/s in the official drop box located at the dealer showroom.
- Promo period is from April 1 to October 31, 2025. Deadline for receiving entries is at 5:00 PM of October 31, 2025 only. All drop boxes to be provided to dealers are locked to avoid tampering. Drop boxes shall be shipped within the week of November 3 to 7, 2025 to Hino Motors Philippines Corporation’s headquarters in Canlubang, Calamba City, Laguna, where all entries shall be consolidated.
- Promo valid for all Customers with confirmed purchase/s during the promo duration only. Vehicle Sales Invoice No. and date will be the basis of confirmation and must match with the customer’s personal information.
- All employees of Hino Motors Philippines Corp., as well as its participating dealers, advertising agencies and their relatives up to second degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified from joining the raffle. Government transactions are also disqualified from joining the raffle promo.
- All raffle draws shall be held at Hino Motors Philippines’ headquarters in Canlubang, Calamba City, Laguna, and to be witnessed by a DTI Representative.
- All winning entries shall be removed from the tambiolo and shall be counter-signed by both DTI and HMP representatives. Winning raffle stubs shall be kept for proper filing. A VSI number can only win once. If a VSI number already won and an entry with the same VSI is drawn, it will be automatically disqualified.
- A customer can win multiple times, given that winning raffle stub/s is with different VSI number.
- Draw of minor prizes winners is on November 10, 2025.
- Draw of sub-major and major prizes is on November 14, 2025 and will be broadcasted via Facebook Live on HMP’s official Facebook page.
- All winners must be verified by the selling dealer branch and HMP Sales Dept. by matching the raffle stub’s control number with the master list of all the released stubs throughout the promo duration. This way, tampered, damaged, or unreadable information on the stubs can still be verified.
- Winners will be notified through his/her registered e-mail address and contact number.
- Confirmed winners’ names will be published in the official website and Facebook page of Hino Motors Philippines.
- Winners of Gift Certificate, Gas Card, iPad Air, and iPhone 16 can claim his/her prize/s at the dealership where he/she bought his/her Hino vehicle, while winners of the brand-new Toyota Vios, Suzuki Burgman Street, and Suzuki Raider J Crossover can claim their prize at Hino Motors Philippines Corporation’s office in Canlubang, Calamba City, Laguna.
- Winners must present 2 valid IDs (e.g. driver’s license, passport, SSS I.D.) and the original Vehicle Sales Invoice (VSI) of his purchased unit to claim the prize/s.
- Redemption period of prizes shall be within 60 days from receipt of notification. Prizes not claimed shall be forfeited in favor of Hino Motors Philippines Corp. with prior approval from DTI.
- Prizes are non-transferable, not convertible to cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with other on-going promos.
- Prizes are tax free (shall be shouldered by Hino Motors Philippines). For the winners of Suzuki motorcycles and Toyota Vios, only the registration and 1-year insurance shall be shouldered by HMP; Other items like additional accessories and other incidentals shall be care of the winner.
