Job Summary:
The Utility Reliever at Hino Butuan is responsible for providing general support and assistance in maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and efficiency within the company premises. This role requires flexibility to assist in various departments as needed, ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate should be reliable, physically fit, and capable of performing manual tasks with integrity and responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- General Maintenance and Housekeeping
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in office, service, and warehouse areas.
- Assist in waste disposal, cleaning, and sanitizing of common areas.
- Ensure workspaces and facilities are kept organized and safe.
- Support Services:
- Assist in moving, lifting, and arranging materials, parts, and supplies.
- Support different departments with errands and manual tasks when required.
- Assist in setting up company events, meetings, or activities as assigned.
- Logistical Assistance:
- Support the warehouse and service teams in handling deliveries and loading/unloading materials.
- Ensure proper care and handling of company property during tasks.
- Other Duties:
- Perform tasks assigned by immediate supervisors to support daily operations.
- Be available as a reliever in different utility functions depending on the company’s needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least a High School Graduate.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual work.
- Trustworthy, punctual, and responsible.
- Willing to work overtime when required.
- Previous experience in utility or maintenance work is an advantage.
