Job Description:
The Sales Executive for Hino Butuan is responsible for promoting and selling trucks and related products to customers within the CARAGA Region. This role requires excellent communication and customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in sales strategies, willing to be trained, and adaptable to work in a dynamic and competitive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Sales and Marketing:
- Actively seek out and engage with potential customers to promote and sell Hino trucks.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Assist in the preparation of quotations and proposals for clients.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Provide excellent post-sale customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues as needed.
- Maintain a customer database and regularly update client information and sales interactions.
- Market Development:
- Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities within the CARAGA Region.
- Develop a deep understanding of the local market, including competitors and customer preferences.
- Participate in promotional activities, events, and campaigns to increase brand visibility and sales.
- Product Knowledge:
- Gain a comprehensive knowledge of Hino trucks, including their features, specifications, and benefits.
- Stay updated on new products, services, and promotions offered by the company.
- Educate customers about Hino trucks and provide demonstrations as needed.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Ensure all sales transactions are properly documented and comply with company policies.
- Assist in coordinating delivery schedules and ensuring timely handover of vehicles to customers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any Business Course.
- With strong communication and customer service skills.
- Preferably with a valid driver’s license (minimum 4-wheels).
- Willing to undergo training to enhance sales and product knowledge.
- Knowledge of selling trucks is an advantage.
- Willing to be assigned to the CARAGA Region
